You just have to try one of their products yourself. All items are naturally smoked, are fully cooked, and ready to serve. No refrigeration is needed until the package is opened. All items slow smoked with pur alder wood in Northwest style. Kof-K-Kosher. Inside each pouch you will find some oil.
